The room, elevator, lobby, and sidewalk in front of the Hotel were kept very clean. The staff were helpful even though my language skills are atrocious. The Taxi stop is right out front of the hotel. There is a local "Supermercat" close by with really good fruit, and a Laundromat. The Cafes have outdoor seating and baked goods. My husband who is 71 and has traveled all over the USA says the Spanish coffee is better than anything he has ever had the USA. The hotel had a variety of tea bags and small tea pots! This hotel is probably the only place in Barcelona where you can get a good hot cup of Tea at breakfast. The whole area is very clean, no litter, no dog poop, no one sleeping on the sidewalk, no one begging, no police sirens. It's a 15-minute walk to The Sagrada Familia so the huge tourist crowds aren't disturbing here.

Absolutely fabulous experience across the board, with a special mention of the kind, helpful, always smiling staff. We had a number of issues to resolve upon our arrival, and the staff worked with us at length to find solutions. The location is obviously exceptional and we were able to walk everywhere; as a mom traveling with two girls (10 and 12), I felt incredibly safe and well taken care of. The room itself (triple) was spacious and immaculately clean, and the air conditioning was a godsend in the August heat. I really cannot recommend this place enough, our experience was perfect!

Fantastic location near multiple metro stations and la sagrada familia. Also near a fun pirate ship themed park if you have littles. Wonderful, deep tub for bathing the kids. We stayed in a unit that had two rooms- one with two twin beds, the other with a single large bed (king size I think), which was a perfect setup! We were able to drop our bags off before check-in and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Perfect for what we needed. We did not opt for the breakfast so can’t speak to that, but it’s nice it was available.

The location is perfect; we explored the city on foot. The room was simple, extremely clean, and had a bathtub and very comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful whenever we had any questions. It was quiet because our window faced the inner garden. Although the view was somewhat depressing—just the walls of the building—the peace and quiet more than made up for it. In my opinion, it's a good option for those who don't spend much time at the hotel and prefer to explore the city more.

Anna

The price was good for Barcelona Center. The room was small and no fridge and refrigerator, not enough slots for electricity power, but it was really cheap, had convenient breakfast, the room is warm, curtains are really dense so you can't see light if it is closed, overall the location is amazing.
